Eligibility and Selection Process:
ELIGIBILITY: Currently employed by a Chamber member organization, and have been identified as having high potential for an organizational leadership role.
SELECTION PROCESS:
- Nominate: The Chamber solicits and accepts online nominations from members during a rolling nomination period, December 7, 2023-February 7, 2024
- Apply: Once a nomination is submitted, we will invite the nominee to complete an online application during the application period. They are due by February 7th.
- Decide: A selection committee will review the application to ensure a well rounded cohort and let candidates know of decisions by mid February.
Characteristics of Successful Candidates:
- Identified as an emerging or promising leader in your company or community
- Employed at a Chamber member company
- Committed to contributing to the long-term success of the region
- Dedicated to full participation in the sessions
